Yoga: a lifestyle
Yoga is not a sport but a lifestyle: it gives you the chance for a physical, spiritual and mental rejuvenation through meditation and correct breathing exercises. Practice Yoga in our daily group classes or indulge in 1-on-1 Yoga classes in our beautiful Yoga Palapa in Tulum. Multilevel Yoga classes are offered. Check our daily yoga schedule at front desk. Daily classes, $20 usd per person.

Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga: has become the most used to describe gentle, basic classes with no flow between poses. A Hatha Yoga class will likely be a slow-paced stretching class with some simple breathing exercises and possibly seated meditation. It’s the perfect way to learning beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques and become comfortable with this philosophy.
Power flow
Power flow: Power flow is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their breathing to their movements. This type of yoga combines athleticism and vinyasas and is aimed at working up a sweat, making it a vigorous and revitalizing form of physical fitness.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa: movement is synchronized with breath. The term Vinyasa covers a broad range of Yoga classes and the style is also sometimes called “flow Yoga” for its smooth way of blending the poses together, like a dance. Breath becomes an important part of the lesson, because the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next, to inhale and exhale in perfect tune with your body.
