They now operate an amazing and traditional Muay Thai gym where they have Thai style training that includes pad work with personal trainers, bag work, road work, sparring, drills, conditioning and clinching. They also have general classes available focused on intermediate techniques and drills.

They also have what they call the “longevity class” designed to help the fighter’s body recover from the strenuous training. These classes are focused on giving maintenance sessions for the body and specific strengthening exercises to guarantee a great final performance, working on coordination, balance, speed and the most important goal, to prevent injuries, finishing the session with breath work.
